Li Xia is the 7th of the 24 solar terms in the Chinese calendar. It is the end of spring and the beginning of summer.
When it comes, the temperature rises gradually and the summer heat is due to arrive.
To Eat: duck eggs, milk, soybeans, tofu, chicken, lean pork, octopus, cucumber, broad beans, peas, loquat fruit, cherries, apricots & kerala.
To Do: sleep and rise early, nourish the heart and enrich Qi & blood.
