THE HERBALIST will refund outstanding treatments for reasons only, whereby an error has been made by THE HERBALIST within 14 days of purchase and with valid proof of purchase, any refund will only be offered in the form of store credit and not as cash, card, electronic card payment, bank transfer or cheque, which will carry a handling charge of 10% of the refund amount. Treatment is described as but not limited to Acupuncture, Acupressure, Massage, Cupping, Microneedling etc...

 

THE HERBALIST does not provide refunds for free sessions, discounted sessions, for treatments or services that have already been rendered or for any other reason than stated herein. All credit will be calculated at the original PAYG price including consultation fees not the discounted rates. If the request for refund is outside of 14 days, no refund for credit or otherwise will be offered.

 

THE HERBALIST does not provide a refund for products that are purchased over-the-counter* or made to order such as Tablets, Capsules, Prescription Chinese Herbal Tea (tonic), loose herbs (medical), loose herbs (for tea) loose tea, berries, granules, powdered herbs, prescription lotions and creams and other products that are specially made to order or sold over the counter (including but not limited to items such as tea-ware, essential oils, incense, facial and skin products, apparel etc…).

 

*Over-the-counter products are those which are sold by means of ordinary retail purchase, with no need for a prescription or license.  

 

All fees, treatments, goods, courses and other assets are calculated in British Pounds Sterling (£).

 

 

 

 

 

If any item we have supplied is damaged on receipt, you may, within 14 days of purchase, return the damaged product with valid proof of purchase, and THE HERBALIST will replace the item free of charge.

 

 

You have a legal responsibility to keep the items in reasonable condition and in your possession until they are returned to us. This includes keeping any hygiene seals in place.

 

To exercise these rights, you should follow the instructions as set out in the returns policy.
