Shuang Jiang is the eighteenth of the twenty-four solar terms in the Chinese calendar. It signifies the transition into coldness and the advent of an early frost. It is the last solar term in autumn, signifying the beginning of winter.
To Eat: yam, sharon fruit, mouli, chestnuts, beef, pumpkin, sweet potato, & asian pears
To Do: keep warm, nourish Yin, boost stomach & spleen meridian channels & have feet baths
