小雪 Xiao Xue - Minor Snow

Xiao Xue is the 20th of the 24 solar terms in the Chinese calendar. As snow only comes with cold weather, like Yushui and Guyu, it is a direct indication of rainfall. Temperatures in the north continue to decline and winter comes to the middle & lower reaches of the Yangtze river.

To Eat: glutenous rice cake, celery, lamb, goji berries, mouli, chinese leaf, dates, black

sesame seeds, water chestnuts, spinach, oysters, mandarins.

To Do: keep warm, sleep early-rise late to protect kidney yang, remain active.
